Timothy's First St. Patrick's Day

Auntie Karla and Uncle Shannon were here visiting so Josh took the day off of work and we went down town to South Congress. It was a beautiful warm day and perfect to be outside. We walked around and looked at the cute stores and introduced the Potter's to Torchy's tacos and Hey Cupcake. Then later that night we went to RLG. It was a fun day!

Happy St. Patty's Day!

Grandpa Murphy bought Josh and TJ these cool shirts. They say Murphy with our family crest on it.

8 Months Old!

You are having four to five six or seven ounce bottles a day. You eat oatmeal and fruit in the morning and have rice cereal and a vegetable for dinner. You still take three naps a day and sleep twelve hours at night. There were a lot of events this month. You had your first snow, your first Valentine's Day, Gramma came to visit, and your first time going to the Zoo. There are a lot of pictures so this month I'm going to do more pictures and less words.

8 months old today! 2-28-11

We walked to the park and found out that there aren't any swings or anything you could play on yet, but we did have a nice walk in our neighborhood.

31 weeks old today. 1-31-11

You are still using your tub but instead of in the sink you started to use the big bath tub. 2-2-11. You sit up all by yourself so you don't need your tub but it does make it easier to bathe you.

Your first snow! I had you touch the snow but you can tell by the look on your face that you didn't like it. It was too cold. 2-3-11

Mommy was so excited that it snowed that I got you and Daddy up in the morning to go see it before it melted. Daddy got to work from home because of it :) You can tell that Daddy isn't quite awake yet.

This is how you shop. You lay to one side and put your leg up and chill. Someone always comments on how relaxed you are. You are an awesome shopper!

These were Mommy's pajamas when I was a baby :) You look so cute but they are kind of girly so this was the first and last time you wore them.

You just playing but I love the expression on your face. It's like your directing music.

32 weeks today. 2-7-11

Time to lower the crib!

You were just loving on Daddy. Such a sweet boy!

Grammy bought these cute overalls for cousin Ben but he grew out of them before he could wear them so you got them. You look so grown up in them.

I caught this picture of you falling but Daddy caught you. You are learning how to stand but still need support.

I don't think you could be any cuter.

You use your big boy stroller now

33 weeks today. 2-14-11

You have started making this silly face and it makes mommy and daddy laugh :)

Gramma came to visit so Daddy took some time off of work and got to join us at the Round Rock Library for story time.

We love when Gramma comes to visit!

After story time we went to breakfast at Monument Cafe. You are such a good boy sitting there with Daddy.

Mommy loves you and like your shirt says you love Mommy :)

34 weeks old today. 2-21-11. You are a lot more active now! Always moving and reaching for something.

We bought this ball for you and you love it!

I just love this picture of you. Your face is so darn cute that I can't stop kissing your sweet cheeks!

You actually walk in your around we go and your getting good at it too!

Mommy was making you smile :)

Our friends Scott and Delia bought you a book called Love You Forever. I read it to you and didn't get past the first page before I started crying. It is my new favorite children's book. You just like to pat the book and try to eat it, but the words are so sweet! "I'll love you forever, I'll like you always, As long as I'm living my baby you'll be".

Say what???

Happy 8 month birthday my silly boy! Mommy and Daddy couldn't love you more and you are the joy of our lives!

Timothy's First Zoo Trip

Gramma came to visit and we thought it would be fun to go to the Waco Zoo. Daddy took the day off and came too.

It was special to have Gramma there with us!

Cute little monkeys

Family picture with the bear behind us

How cute is this?

Timmy loved the fish!

My Papa loved birds and he passed that on to me. They were beautiful.

Timothy's First Valentine's Day

Timothy was invited to a Valentine's Day party at Chuck E Cheese. It was his first time there and he had a lot of fun. He got to ride some rides and loved it. He even received some cute Valentines from friends.

Timmy's buddy Colton and Mommy's friend Gina

On Valentine's Day we joined our MOP's group and went to sing and pass out Valentines at a nursing home.

I love my precious baby!

Happy 1st Valentine's Day my silly boy!

Valentine's Day

This was my eighth Valentine's Day with my love. It was also one of the most special Valentine's Day too. Josh surprised me with a special gift. It meant so much to me! He also made me my favorite dinner. He looked up the recipe for my favorite pasta dish from Buca Di Beppo and cooked it for me. It was delicious and I actually think his tasted better than the restaurant!

The night before our good friends the Allhands watched Timothy for us so we could go to a Valentine's party at church. We even got to dance :)

My handsome man cooking me dinner

It was such a treat and it tasted so good!

Josh's mom was coming to visit so I planned to surprise Josh with a date night and have Gramma watch Timothy. We heard great things about The Emerald Restaurant and since Josh is Irish I knew he would like it. I got a groupon for it and we went Saturday night.

The food was delicious!

They even accommodated me with a vegetarian plate.

It was so nice to have some date nights together! Since having Timothy we don't get to go on many dates, but when we do they are extra special!

I'm so thankful that God made me Josh's wife! He is the love of my life and always will be. I love you Babe! Thank you for being a wonderful Godly husband and father!

One other reason this Valentine's Day was so special. It was our first with our little man :) I love my boys!
